NOURISH (Nutrition for OUR Immune System Health): Autoimmunity Digital Health Challenge

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking innovative digital health solutions that help people living with or at risk for autoimmune diseases better understand how diet and nutrition impact their health.

The NOURISH (Nutrition for OUR Immune System Health): Autoimmunity Digital Health Challenge invites innovators to develop patient-centered digital health applications that connect nutrition, symptom tracking, and physiological monitoring to improve the lived experience of people with autoimmune diseases. The multi-phase challenge offers up to $650,000 in total prizes, with Phase 1 focused on the development of initial digital health application prototypes.

Phase 1 submissions open: October 1, 2026
Phase 1 deadline: January 8, 2027 at 8:00 PM ET
Total prize purse: Up to $650,000
