BACKGROUND

Since 1998, Dawn Querns has provided online strategic marketing and user experience direction for sites in academia, finance, publishing, and retail. Prior to coming to CIMIT, Dawn was the web project manager for talbots.com. During her time at Talbots, the site grossed nearly $200 million in sales annually and was recognized in 2005 and 2006 by Internet Retailer’s Best of the Web, Top 50 Retailing Sites and Fast Company’s High Tech Customer’s First Awards. Dawn has a BFA in Visual Communications from Ohio University and a MBA from Columbus State University (Columbus, GA).
